ESOFLAT TGV

PRESENTATION

Esoflat TGV is a metal shutter system in aluminum or brass allowing to treat expansion joints interiors having a width of 20mm to 40mm, in floor / floor or floor / wall configuration. System tight against washing water, not stagnant (high pressure cleaner to be avoided)

DTU concerned:
Tiling, ceramic, stone or similar in glued or sealed installation, (DTU 52.1, 52.2)
Screeds, slabs based on hydraulic binder (DTU 26.2)
Flooring glued textile or PVC (DTU 53.1, 53.2)

Use

Tertiary buildings such as stations, airports, schools, hospitals, shopping centers, offices, etc.

Supported traffic (according to DIN 1072):

• pedestrian, light vehicles, light handling equipment on tires (cleaning, transport of goods),
• caddies, trolleys, pallet truck (200Kg maximum) on solid rubber wheels,
• PL 15T and occasional 5T vans traveling at a speed of ≤ 10 km / h.

The aluminum alloy profiles being sensitive to corrosion by electrolysis, their installations in places with permanent humidity are not recommended (outdoor environment, cold room, steaming room, saline environment). In this case, use the stainless steel series (Esoflat TGV 9041 Ai).

ATTENTION: These profiles are not suitable for industrial paving having to meet the constraints of significant punching, caused by machines of the Fenwick type on solid tire. For configurations of this type, refer to our range ofESOFLAT JPI.

Packaging

• Standard: AGS T5 6060 aluminum alloy (all models)
• Special: Brass alloy CU Zn 40 Pb1 (Esoflat TGV 50 × 40 only)
• 3ml bars
• Our profiles are oblong perforated over their entire length, which guarantees a homogeneous connection of the profile between the concrete slab and the finishing coating + 12 perc./bar in 6 or 8mm diameter used for fixing to the slab.
• Recyclable CEE / 53 and 100% compliant materials.
