ESOJECT

PRESENTATION

The system ESOJECT associated with PU, PE, acrylic or micro-cement resins is a product used to treat construction joints (re-concreting) in reinforced concrete infrastructures of the building or civil engineering type subject to water infiltration, this process, compared to a treatment by water barrier strip (ESOBANDE) does not require any special reinforcement. This process was developed about 60 years ago, since then it has proven itself and has improved thanks to the development of new injection products, allowing it to meet almost all cases of the tertiary or industrial sector. The type of resin to be used depends on the type of structure (dam, treatment plant, various hydraulic structures, tunnel, etc.) and the water columns to be taken up.

Use

TheESOJECT can be used in almost all types of civil engineering & building works:

• underground works: tunnels, galleries, shafts, diaphragm walls
• hydroelectric structures: dams, power stations, etc.
• various hydraulic structures: quays, dikes, canals, locks, etc.
• sanitation: purification stations, basins, sewers, etc. ...

Packaging

The kits below are to be made according to the configuration of the site in sections of 10ml maximum
with optional interconnection boxes.

• 30ml kit with accessories (retaining collars, green and transparent reinforced tube for departures and arrivals, heat-shrinkable sheath, quick glue)
• 200ml kit with accessories (retaining collars, green and transparent reinforced tube for departures and arrivals) heat-shrinkable sheath, quick glue)
