ESOFLAT TPK

PRESENTATION

TheEsoflat TPK 40 or 70×30 is a floor seal sealing system, waterproof and trafficable, allowing to treat expansion joints from 20 to 40mm (40 × 30 model) or 50 to 70mm (70 × 30 model) in width. The soft filling (heat-sealable and interchangeable) 40 × 30 or 70 × 30 allows the system to take amplitudes on 3 axes, of ± 20mm total for the 40 × 30 model and ± 30mm total in the 70 × 30 version, it is held in place by clamping .

Sealing of the system Esoflat TPK can be ensured by adding a bridging membrane Ref. ES500 x 2 mm elastomer (heat-sealable), place under it, as illustrated below.

Use

  • Tertiary buildings such as overhead car parks for airports, train stations, shopping centers, hospitals, etc.
  • Supported traffic (speed <20 km / h): light vehicles, vans, light handling equipment on tires (cleaning, transport of luggage, etc.).
  • Caddies and baggage trolley on solid rubber wheels, Occasional 15T heavy goods vehicles.

Packaging

Aluminum profiles lower (Base): 2 meter bars

  • pre-drilled in ø 9mm in steps of 240mm, starting at 40mm i.e. 2 × 9 holes for 2ml of complete flat profile
  • extruded aluminum AGS 6060 T6

M8 screws for concrete support not supplied.

Aluminum profiles upper clamping (Clamping cover): Bars of 2 meters

  • pre drilled in ø 9mm countersunk 16mm (M8) at 240mm pitch, starting at 40mm i.e. 2 × 9 holes for 2ml of complete flat profile.
  • extruded aluminum AGS 6060 T6. Standard NF EN515.

TF M8x25 screws + nuts for screwing the cover / base, supplied.

Flashing anodized aluminum clamping for Sol / Mu modelsr (interior or exterior flashing): Bars of 3 meters

  • pre drilled in ø 6 countersunk 10mm in steps of 250mm, starting at 125mm (11 holes / length)
  • anodized aluminum 30 / 10th, alloy 1015

GF40x30 elastomer seal or GS70x30 (floor / floor or floor / wall) : Rolls of 24 ml (REMOVED MODELS)
