PRESENTATION
Plug-in shutter systems allowing to treat expansion joints from 20 to 50mm depending on the system chosen, for configurations floor / floor or floor / wall.
These systems are composed of aluminum profiles and a soft filling (smooth or split), accepting multidirectional amplitudes which depend on the type of seal used. These gaskets are interchangeable and heat-sealable.
System impervious to washing water, not stagnant (cleaning with karcher to avoid).
CAUTION: These profiles are not compatible with chamfered slab noses.

Tertiary buildings such as stations, airports, schools, hospitals, shopping centers, offices, etc.
Traffic supported depending on the ranges:
Esoflat R20 : pedestrian, single brush, Caddies or trolley on solid rubber wheels <200Kg, - Esoflat R35 and 50: pedestrian, light vehicles, vans, occasional heavy goods vehicles traveling at a speed ≤ 10 km / h Caddies on solid rubber rubber wheels < 200Kg, Load supported according to DIN 1072 standard, on 2 tires with a surface area of 200 × 200 mm (see table below) WARNING: These profiles are not suitable for industrial paving having to meet the constraints of significant puncturing, caused by fenwick type gear> 2T on solid tire. For configurations of this type, refer to our range ofESOFLAT JPI.
The aluminum range is not suitable for saline environments as well as in the food industry, when configuring this type, we recommend our series ESOFLAT JPS Ai in stainless steel.
Packaging
Lateral metal profiles all models (3 ml bars in raw aluminum)
The models Esoflat JPS R35 reversible, for glue-down type configurations,
are provided, in addition to the above openings, with oblong perforations over their entire length, ensuring a bond
homogeneous profile between the concrete slab and the finishing coating. (see fixation below)
Very good chemical inertia.
Soft fillings type G 20 30 or 50 (roll of 24 ml or multiple of 3 meters).
