PRESENTATION
ESOFLAT JPI 4193 - Profile to seal for expansion joint from 20 to 40mm on paving or floors having to support a heavy heavy traffic handling equipment such as Fenwick, airplanes, heavy goods vehicles or other. This product, which does not provide a jerk when it is passed, is particularly suitable for vehicle traffic on solid tires of small diameter, causing significant puncture of the order of 150 kg / cm of wheel width.
Warning: this product does not support mismatching, treatment of the slabs by dowelling is recommended.
This product is delivered with holding and wedging jigs (see plan view below), facilitating its implementation and allowing to wedge the profile at the desired opening according to the amplitudes to be taken, see characteristics below. These legs will be deposited after the setting of the micro concrete used for sealing. Recommended shimming of 8mm which can take up an amplitude of ± 8mm.
