ESOCOF PANEL

PRESENTATION

The system Esocof consists of a semi-rigid plate of mineral wool high density, compressible, incombustible,
rotproof and refractory and of ESO-RT anchor springs.
Its function is to materialize expansion joints from 20 to 70mm which can accept amplitudes from 25 to 50 % while ensuring fire protection level from 2 to 4 hours.

This product can be used in 2 ways:
1- Sealed 2 sides, in the case of new construction.
2- Glued / sealed in the event of an extension to an existing structure or the connection of a prefabricated element and an element
sunk in place.

Use

• Materialization and fireproof treatment of horizontal expansion joints from 20 to 70mm.
• Treatment of masonry heads (plate only without ESO-RT).

This system replaces the polystyrene used to create expansion joints from 20mm to 70mm and simultaneously ensures the firebreak, which has the effect of greatly reducing the cost of fireproof treatment of expansion joints of a construction site compared to a conventional solution.

Packaging

Sections of ESOCOF in strips of 1200mm:

• 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70 thick panels
• Width 150, 200, 250, 300

ESO RT (2 × 5 pieces for 1.2ml ESOCOF):

• ESO-RT 48x20mm in galvanized steel (2 × 5 per 1.2 ml panel) for Esocof all thicknesses (bag of 100).
