ESOFLAT JPS Ai

PRESENTATION

ESOFLAT JPS AiStainless steel shutter system 304L or 316L for expansion joints from 20 to 45mm in floor / floor or floor / wall configuration. System impervious to washing water, not stagnant (cleaning with karcher to avoid).

Possible implementation in accordance with the cited DTU:
Tiles, ceramics, stone or similar in glued or cemented installation (DTU 52.1, 52.2)
Screed, slab based on hydraulic binder (DTU 26.2)
Glued textile or PVC floor covering (DTU 53.1, 53.2)

Use

Tertiary buildings such as agro-food, chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, laboratory, cold room, saline environment (seaside) etc.

Supported traffic:

  • Light vehicles, light handling equipment on tires (cleaning, transport of goods),
  • shopping carts on solid rubber wheels,
  • heavy goods vehicles and occasional vans traveling at a speed of ≤ 10 km / h.

Supported load of 30Kn (3T) per axle according to DIN 1072

These profiles can be installed outdoors and indoors. When configuring the exterior, precautions must be taken concerning the sealing and the screws to be used (contact us).

ATTENTION: these profiles are not suitable for industrial paving which has to meet high punching constraints. For configurations of this type, refer to our range ofESOFLAT JPI.
